Urban Refresh started with a question most vending companies never ask: who lives here?

Before a machine finds its place in any space, we do our homework. We observe. We talk to the people nearby. We try to understand not just what they might buy, but what they actually need — and sometimes, what might lift them a little.

That's how we became something different from the usual vending company. We don't believe in dropping a machine and walking away. We believe in showing up intentionally — stocking essentials that belong in that space, for the people who gather there, at any hour of the day.

But we've always seen our role as bigger than convenience.

The communities we serve don't just need snacks and supplies. They need small reminders that someone thought about them. A nudge toward a good habit. Something that sparks a little joy or encourages them to connect with the person next to them.
